Return Policy

You may withdraw from the purchase of goods ordered through our e-shop www.bohemuse.eu within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

You can notify us of your withdrawal either by e-mail or by using the online Returns / Withdrawal from contractfunction available on our website.

How to Return Goods

  1. Inform us about the return
    Contact us at info@bohemuse.eu or use the Returns / Withdrawal from contract form on our website.
    Please include your order number, name and bank account number for the refund, if applicable.

  2. Pack the goods carefully
    Returned jewellery must be unused, undamaged, complete and returned in a condition suitable for resale.
    If possible, please return it in its original packaging and pack it safely to prevent damage during return shipping.

  3. Include return details in the parcel
    Please include either the completed withdrawal form or a clearly written note with the following details:

    • order number

    • name

    • purchase date

    • return date

    • specification of the goods being returned

    • address

    • e-mail address

    • bank account number for the refund, if applicable

    If you submit your withdrawal through the online Returns / Withdrawal from contract form, please still include all your details inside the parcel so we can identify the return correctly.

  4. Send the parcel to:

If the parcel does not contain the necessary identification details, it may be held until we are able to match it with your order.

After receiving the returned parcel and checking the goods, we will process the refund to the provided bank account or original payment method. By law, the refund is made within 14 days of withdrawal; we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Before sending the parcel, please make sure the goods meet the return conditions stated in our Terms and Conditions.

You do not need to give a reason for withdrawal.
