Returns & withdrawal from contract
14-Day Withdrawal Right
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order — no reason required. This is your statutory right under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Czech consumer protection law.

Return Conditions
Returned jewelry must be:
- In its original, unworn, undamaged condition
- In the original packaging (pouch or box)
- Sent within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal
We cannot accept returns of items that have been visibly worn, modified, or damaged after delivery, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except where the item is faulty or we made an error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit when returning to us.
Send returns to the address we provide via email upon confirming your return request.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Card payments: refunded to your card (Stripe)
- Other approved refunds are sent by bank transfer where needed.
We refund the full product price. Original shipping costs are refunded only if you are returning the entire order.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return or replacement at no cost to you.
Exceptions
Personalised or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless it is defective, as these items cannot be resold.
